The building consists of a modern office section that intertwines with a simple and functional warehouse hall.
At the front, a two-story glass entrance separates two parts with blinds and horizontal light breakers that improve the office atmosphere and at the same time protect employees from excessive sunlight.
Due to the fact that the Investor specializes in heating and ventilation systems, the boiler room occupies a central position inside the building, right next to the entrance hall and is fully glazed on three sides, allowing the entire technology to be visible.
