We also assess soil and groundwater conditions, communication, and the possibility of providing utilities.

Using BIM technology, we determine the sunlight and insolation, overshadowing and the potential impact on other buildings. As a result, we indicate the strengths and weaknesses of the land, as well as present the maximum capacity of the land and the concept of urban vision.
