Our goal was to create a functional office and warehouse building with a clear separation of individual parts. The social and warehouse zones are divided not only in the plan but also on the elevation of the building through the use of contrasting materials.

The biggest challenge of this project is meeting the high expectations of the investors regarding functionality, design solutions, quality of project documentation and execution. These conditions contribute to creating a building characterized by simplicity and elegance in its architectural expression. As a result, the company obtains a space that is not only comfortable but also representative, and one that can be easily adapted for future growth and development.
