The concept behind the project is to reflect the Investor’s focus on electronics and technology through the building’s form, colors, walls, and windows. The building, which houses a service center for leading RTV equipment manufacturers and a Vehicle Inspection Station, should not be neutral in appearance. Associations with advanced technology, complex mechanics, and modern automotive design helped shape a structure well-suited to its function.
Long horizontal bands of windows are juxtaposed with a vertical glass corner section. The elevation design is intended to evoke integrated circuits or cutting-edge concept car designs. The dynamic character is enhanced by irregular shapes, the contrast between the ground floor and upper levels, and the shifting geometry of the form.
The ground floor, serving a commercial function, is distinguished by a dark fiber-cement cladding. The glazed main entrance and the vertical volume of rooms above it are set apart from the rest of the building by a system of external louver blinds.
