In the northern part of Tarchomin, on Marcin z Wrocimowic street, there is a multi-family building designed for the largest polish residential developer - J.W. Construction Holding S.A.

The investment is located in a peaceful part of the Vistula Valley, close to forests, trails, and bike paths. The elegant villa was designed for people, who value comfort, peace, and active leisure.

The building has three above-ground floors, with seven apartments on each floor, ranging from 40 to 53 square meters. The garage is located on the underground floor. An elevator allows for convenient access to each level.
The shape and size of the building were determined by strict requirements regarding the high percentage of biologically active area and distance from the forest. As a result, an economical building with large windows and balconies was created, with attention to every detail. This allows the apartments to be open to the picturesque, green surrounding.

Due to difficult soil conditions, the building is founded on intermediate foundations (piling).
