The investment area is a charming place surrounded by forests and the Barciuch Park in the eastern part of the Wawer (Warsaw) district. In this beautiful, green environment, a house project has been created, designed in a way that its shape harmonizes with the rich tree stand, preserving all existing plantings. The building consists of two volumes: a main two-story one and a smaller one with a glazed daytime area that's 1.5 stories high. The entrance area is emphasized by horizontally setting back the building's plane. The building's facade will be covered with beautiful, hand-formed brick, giving the development a distinctive character.
